Exoscale Integration
SmartBoard includes a built-in admin panel for managing all integration points — REST endpoints, webhooks, and direct database connections — without writing custom code. REST API — both inbound and outbound endpoints are created and managed directly in the admin panel, with configurable authentication, headers, and payload mapping. Webhooks — SmartBoard can receive event-driven data from external platforms and send outbound webhook notifications on defined triggers, such as threshold breaches or report updates. SQL Extraction — direct connections to PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases, with custom SQL queries defined per data source.
- All integration methods support incremental data loading — by a timestamp or numeric column for SQL sources, or by a specific field in the JSON payload for API and webhook sources.
- Fetch size and pagination are set per data point, so you control exactly how much data is pulled in each request.
