SQL Server Standard edition delivers basic data management and business intelligence database for departments and organizations to run their applications and supports common development tools enabling effective database management with minimal IT resources.

Pricing
The SQL Server templates are offered in a PAYG - Pay as You Go - model. The total end customer pricing is the sum of the pure IaaS price according to the Exoscale price information including Windows and the Monthly license cost for SQL Server.
- Licensing is per CPU pair and established on a monthly basis.
- Licensing is charged with a minimum of 2xCPU pairs (i.e. 4 CPU cores minimum) per instance, making the Exoscale Standard Large instance the minimum recommended instance profile to run this software.
