We fully comply with data portability requirements including GDPR and the EU Data Act Regulation (2023/2854), effective September 12, 2025.

Download individual files or entire buckets using any S3-compatible client. Maintain original file structure and metadata.

Export complete database contents using standard utilities.

Migration Best Practices
1. Notify Support Team
Contact our support team to inform them of your migration plans. This ensures any switching-related egress fees are waived and allows our team to provide guidance throughout the process.
2. Plan Your Migration
Identify all services and data to be migrated. Create an inventory of compute instances, storage volumes, databases, and configurations.
3. Test Export Processes
Before the final migration, test data export procedures with non-critical workloads to ensure compatibility with your target platform.
4. Create Comprehensive Backups
Export all data including VM snapshots, database dumps, object storage contents, and configuration files.
5. Verify Data Integrity
After export, verify that all data has been correctly exported and is readable in your target environment.
6. Plan Transition Timeline
Coordinate the migration to minimize downtime. Consider running parallel environments during the transition period.
Switching Provider Support
30-Day Data Availability
We guarantee data availability for export within 30 days of contract termination.
No Switching Fees
We do not charge fees specifically for switching providers. Egress charges related to provider switching are waived or refunded upon request. Simply contact support when switching providers to ensure any egress fees are waived.
Technical Support
Our support team can assist with data export processes and provide guidance for migration to other cloud platforms.
