Deploy a Docker Swarm with Docker Machine

Since the recent release of Docker Machine v0.3.0, Exoscale is now an official Docker Machine provider.

This means it becomes really easy to deploy a containerized application with Docker Swarm. We did a Demo of the process a few weeks ago during the dotScale 2015 conference. We have produced a small screencast of the process to show everyone how this is done and how easy it is.
